A) Setting the labor factor value so that all new assemblies and material items added to a takeoff reflect the new labor factor.
- Navigate to the “Job Information” section located in the “Job Details” screen.
- Locate the “Labor Factor” field in the job information section.
- Enter the desired labor factor multiplier in the field then click “Save”. This multiplier represents the adjustment to the labor units.
- Now all new Assemblies and Material items added to your takeoff will reflect the new labor factor value. To ensure the new value is set check the labor factor field when adding a new assembly or item.
B) Setting labor factor values for individual assemblies or material items.
- Locate the assembly or item you want to adjust. To adjust individual items within an assembly and click on it to expand the details.
- In the assembly, expanded details, or individual material item find the "Labor Factor" field.
- Enter the desired labor factor multiplier in the field. This multiplier represents the adjustment to the labor units.
- Changes will automatically be saved.
