Creating or Editing Tags

  1. Navigate to the Material or Assembly Vault.
  2. Next, locate and click on "Tags” located in the white navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  3. To edit a tag click the "Gear" icon on the right side of the tag or double-click the tag row.
  4. To create a new tag, click the blue “Create a New Tag” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  5. In the text field provided, enter the desired tag name.
  6. Click on the “Save” button to save the tag.

 

When creating tags, be descriptive and consistent for better organization and easy retrieval of items. If a tag doesn't exist yet, it will be created when you enter it.
