Follow these steps to request your distributor to connect your account with Electric Ease:
1. Inform your salesperson that you've purchased Electric Ease for estimating your projects.
2. Let them know that Electric Ease can fetch your account-level pricing directly through an API integration.
3. Request the salesperson to contact their manager or IT department to inquire if they will connect your pricing to Electric Ease.
If the distributor agrees to the connection, they will need more details from us. Please ask them to contact us at support@electric-ease.com, and we'll be happy to assist them in setting up the integration.
