Connecting to your supplier or distributor does not necessarily add cost to your subscription. If they have API connectivity, we can easily integrate with them at no extra cost. However, if they don't have API capabilities, a custom integration would be required.
In that case, we ask that you sign up for the annual subscription at $2999, but there are no other costs involved for you or your supplier. You will need to confirm with your supplier to see if they charge any fees for the integration.
If the distributor agrees to the connection, they will need more details from us. Please ask them to contact us at support@electric-ease.com, and we'll be happy to assist them in setting up the integration.
